Persian +2 Move bonus and CS

Just getting back into 6. Got 1st dlc and some civ packs.

If I have Persia and levy a CS army do their units then get the +2 Movement for 10 turns if I declare surprise war? What if I declare war then during the first 10 turns I levy the army? I looked around and couldn't find the answer

Hi there. I havent played persia for a few years, but I think the move bonus is a unit-level temporary ability, similar to ebmark mechanics (once Shipbuilding is acquired) — thus, the move bonus gets added to every unit you own each turn for those 10 turns.
