How many people do you think are going to buy Photoshop for this thread? We're stuck with Paint.NET's second rate tool.

Uh, most people use GIMP 2.0 which is superior to photoshop, and free.
It's not about the money, it's about the time and effort.

Well, this is H&J, so whilst there should be some attention paid to the quality of photoshopping, it should mostly be about the humour.

A good 'shop makes the picture funnier 90% of the time, but then there are (rare) occasions where a god-awful 'shop is actually what's funny about the picture.
