I don't believe so. Further, others have reported that when/if a tunnel is "pillaged" by a natural disaster, it continues to work as if it was unaffected (even if the onscreen presentation is gone)

I've had this a couple time with volcanoes and Qhapac Nans. Funny enough, once it's "destroyed" you can build a sky resort over it. I don't recall if "losing" the qhapac returned the mountain yields form being inca, though.
