Same here. Anyway on topic (this thread IS about Pioneer after all), its Maui's turn, right? I saw him in this forum not too long ago, but he seems to have left without posting. Probably got scared away by all of this mIRC stuff.

On that menu, select: Add
Description: CFC (or whatever you want)
server: irc.webmaster.org
port: 6667
then save. (hit ok) Then, type:
/j civfanatics
/j civ3mp

Just looking around in this, I think I know how to add CFC to the list: in Connect, I click on Add, and I can add a server if I know the IRC Server and the Port number. Would either of you know that info by any chance?

Now, when I hit connect, it says: "Unable to resolve server" and then "Connect retry #13 irc.webmaster.org (6667)"

Yeah, I went to the Firaxis chat, and my mom hasn't made any changes to the CyberPatrol in a while. I haven't a clue about this problem, but at least is isn't game-threatening.
