After a while of testing, I've found that, when we made Leader's unbiuldable by any civ, we made it impossible to get a leader via an elite unit....

I've been fighting tons of wars, using mainly elite units, and haven't gotten a single leader. Could just be bad luck.

Oh, and Teacher's need to be more expensive.... The Teacher's are building hordes of them.

The upkeeps not solving it, because they just disband their gates and towers, and they normally have so many Teachers, that a few disbanding doesn't do any real good....

Huh? Gates and towers are supposed to not have the disband option checked though... And they require no upkeep...

Well, when has the AI followed the rules? I've seen them fortifying units that have had fortify unchecked before, so why can't they also do it with disbanding?
