Death Star like.

You know where I'm going with this.

You want to add the Death Star in there, don't you?:p

Well, in the RPG, Masterian built those Mobile Forts.... Don't really know about any others, but why should that stop you? If ya wanna add them in, then do so.:)

Oh well.

But the death star doesn't look very good if it's pink though...

!!!

Idea!

It's going to add another resource though, but it'll be worth it.

I've added nothing overly drasitc to the thing, except for 1 bonus unit to each civ. Each one is extreemly hard to get, due to the need of 1 resource that is in the volcanoy ring only.

And because of the high costs.

List:
Uber Battleship (For BU)
Fireship (For Char)
LABTAO (Laser Armed Biological Trooper and Amphibious Operations, GWC)
Grand Horde (Horse)
Teacher HMG (For Teachers)
Mobile Fort (For Girls)
Jet Fighter (For FA)
Mage Castle (For Senso)
UF Elite Mercenary (For UF)
Reb Archer (For Rebs)

But, when they do get it, it is. Just need you to test it out a bit to see if it is too unbalanced.

i wouldnt advise calling it "teacher HMG" cos in-game it'll look like [teacher teacher HMG]

same with rebs and UF

Meh. I can change it later...

And technically, it would be Staff Teacher HMG.

The only reasons why I left them in place right now, is that so we won't get confused too much.

Hmm, after seriously studying it, I've decided not to change the names of some of them. It would disturb the nameing scheems too much, although the majority would be changed.

Is it just me, or are the new units uberly overpowered? When you get the Inspiration resource, and the right tech, you've basically won the game....

I know...

But, there's only one in the whole map. And it is located in the flaming ring area.

And that's exactly what I want you to fix. Make them not extensively overpowered.

Actually, the only one resource on the whole map makes it even more overpowered, since that means that when one civ gets it, no other civ can get it, so they can't counter it. Also, Senso and the Rebs are the most likely people to get it, since they're closest. Here's some possible solutions that I thought of:

-Move it somewhere, where other people also have a chance of getting it, but it would also have to be hard to get....
-Stick a bunch of uber-powerful barbarians on the place where the resource is found.
- Add a few more inspiration resources, also on hard to get areas.
- Make all the units require the High School advance, increase the cost of the High School advance, change the unit stats a bit to strengthen some and weaken others, and add a few more inspiration resources.

Well, I'll go with the Uber powerful barbarians. But, you will still need to rebalance it.

Also, if I made it the HS advance, then the Forts won't come early enough, and the Jets won't either.

The point of me putting it in, is to make a unit that is not normally within the course of Playground history, but just of the possibility of it being in (Masterian's Mobile Forts)

Jet Fighters and Teacher HMGs were part of normal Playground history....

Mainly, what needs to be done, is have it made so that the uber untis can be defeated, since at the moment, alot of them are practically invincible, even against S, who had up to then been the strongest unit.

Oh well...

Then I guess the Uber units will have to be not so uber, but somehow intergrated in so that they are normal, but balanced. (but still a bit hard to get)
