I think if you put a comma bewteen the names you can.

You can, but you need to add the names to your buddy list first I think. I haven't tried that myself.

You can send a PM to up to 5 people.

The thing I hate the most about PMs is there is just not enough room in my box! I get PMs from like 7 different people a day who write back and forth. It's hard keeping that thing clean...

Probably to keep us flaming spammers in quasicontainment when our battles leave the threads and go to pm.

This (flood control) limits the use of automatic programs to either spam the private messages or make a denial of service attack on them and the server, and perhaps other purpurses.
