Policies -- A preemptive discussion

Maybe having free walls somewhere in the tradition tree might be an idea?

I've been playing around with adapting the old GEM Liberty and Tradition tress to CEP. Most of it work but one thing I came to conclude is that you can't give walls through policies anymore. Since BNW they seem to have removed the ability to give buildingclasses based on a free choice of flavors. I'm not in front of my home PC right now, so I don't have access to the game files and therefore can not be more specific. Of course it might just me my relatively limited modding skills....

I had overlooked the fact that the "free" aqueducts do not even require the asscociated tech, but are granted immediately -- another bug/bad design decision. Changing the finisher might be the best short-term option after all.

Giving a building class through flavors was a feature I made with Civup. This should also be in CAT, but I haven't tested it yet.

I'd love to test it if you could give me some directions.

Edit: Just tested both Policy_FreeBuildingClass and Policy_FreeBuildingFlavor. Both seem to work (even though the given Buildings only become visible the turn after the policy is adopted - it wasn't that way with GEM was it?)
