I think Denmark, and Belgium has much to offer the world! And I think that most people and countries are happy with and are noticing what Denmark and the rest of the EU are doing!

Back to US. Well maybe the average man in US do not know much about the world outside USA because he don’t have money to go to college etc. Here in Denmark we are paid to get an education!
AND the most important reason - They do not have to take care of everybody else because USA is such a powerful country, both economic and militaristic.

And let’s not forget that most American is emigrated from Europe! Incl. Denmark and Belgium! So I am wondering if they don’t know anything about us

By the way.. The Danish prime minister has been in the US for several days ( has returned now ), even then there has been nothing at the media in USA? He had some meetings with Mr. Bush.

Don't feel bad though, most of the people who live in the States know nothing about Canada either. It wouldn't surprise me if some people there think we live in igloos, and get around by dog sled.

Willem, a lot of Americans don't even know about the US, much less other countries. When our school was on a trip to New York last May, quite a few thought we rode horses every here in Texas. Don't you just hate when the horses have a riot and knock down the pole they're tied to.
