Possible female rulers for next expansion?

Now I did some reading of her and fortified cities in her realm, one thing she is remembered from, and was very political in forming alliances and having a stable rule.

Maybe in Civ UA terms it would be something like "Extra production for building walls. Walls bring +1 loyalty"
Oh and also some cool UU for her would be a must, just like Victoria has.
