I believe so - the page you linked is dated 2005, whereas the version I have is from a big overhaul in ~2008. Here it is - TCW - The Fifties 2.0!

Can you upload the main TCW scenario/files too? The link in the thread doesn't seem to work anymore.

This makes me wonder if my old mod, Goldfladh's Altered Tech Tree Mod, still lives out there somewhere. Probably not. It wasn't very good and I had no idea what I was doing and I don't think anybody ever played it, but it was there.
