For a "100k" win you need to have at least twice the culture of your nearest rival, in addition to reaching the culture limit for the map size.
I knew that was going to be a cross-post.
But, if it's a regular Huge map, the limit is 160k. oops, I just looked properly at the victory condition!

It's a slightly modded thing that I'll post soon. The water just looks weird in that picture because I tried to save it in such a small format as possible, so I wouldn't make computers of people with slow internet connections explode.

True. There are actually two versions of it, this is the "light" one, there is a more developed ("heavy") one too, but I prefer this one because it seems less repetitive than the other. You can find both in my profile, at the "files" section.

Whats your culture per turn? Edit: nevermind, 110 cpt is impressive! I'm doing a 20K Emperor game and I'm at 72 cpt in 1590AD. I missed a bunch of middle age wonders, which is part of why I am not higher on cpt. I'm not doing OCC, I'm more like flirting with Domination with 139 cities so far, though England is benefitting greatly from my crumbs. Once I finish the Ottomans in 2 turns, it's going to get boring. Sigh. Here is a stretched picture of the minimap:

I'm not discussing my latest 20K attempt - it "accidentally" tipped over the domination limit with 10 turns to go. Actually I was aiming to get Spaceship, 20K, Domination all at once... I started to try to time 100K at the same time but was too slow off the mark.

Seems very close to Domination. Or are you going for conquest instead, now?
I started off aiming for conquest, but as I unexpectedly got SoZ, then another wonder and another... I never seemed to get around to the conquest part

Strangely enough, Conquest would have been too easy. I gift England outlying cities to avoid Domination.
Edit: I've been as close as 5 tiles from Domination. If I build the Internet, I will gift England the big Island and probably the formerly Chinese lands. I'm keeping the Ottoman cities with wonders, especially the one with Smiths and the Pyramids.
