Sorry for the long wait. I really have few time, so it took me longer than expected to work on the map.
Your map is ready. As requested, no rivers/forests.
A note on resources: I added sheep, crab, fish, stone and oil, as Pariah told. Also I added some strategic resources (iron etc.) because without them a game will be rather short. I also added some deer.

Huge, round (like earth, not doughnut), and a very wide tropical band (lots of jungles) with few, if any, mountains, but with a low to moderate amount of hills, and small or non-existent ice caps. I prefer a fossil fuel-poor map, but lots of uranium and other minerals, like iron, silver, aluminum, gold, etc. no deserts, but plains and flood plains are okay. A moderate to high amount of rivers is okay too. No pre-placed civs. This is for vanilla civ 4 (with the latest patch).

I'm looking for a real-earth map that can fit up to 50 civs on it, similar to the Giant Earth Map, but I don't want a mod. I'm looking to do a lan party w/up to 50 people, and therefore want civ to have as small of a comp. resource footprint as possible. Anyone know of such a map? Or a way to use the map from G.E.M. mod as a standalone map?

Could someone make the map (attached) for me for Beyond the Sword? Just central and Southern Europe. It should be roughly to scale with the Charlemagne map. The different colours show where civs are going to be set up so when placing resources (not necessarily accurate to real life) bear that in mind.

I would love a huge Earth map with the civs in their historical starting locations.

One may exists already...but everything that I find either isn't compatible with the new patch, or has modded civs, leaders, graphics, etc.
