I was wondering if you could take the Vanilla Europe map and convert it for Warlords and add accurate starting locations.

Could someone please make a European map for Warlords that goes from Spain, to the tip of continental denmark, east to the Caspian sea, and including North Africa and Egypt? If possibly could there by 11 civs?
Size is whatever the mapmaker would feel fits it best. I personaly would think it should the size above standard.

I know a polar bear has been created, but does anybody do maps with an igloo type goody hut for polar regions, or a palm/ grass hut for tropical ones?

Mods have added a lot of flavor, but I haven't seen this addressed as yet.

I want this map over South/Central Asia:

Size: Small

I want it for Beyond the Sword.

Resources included

A little of forest except for South East of the map where it should be a lot of jungle.

A lot of Mountains but it should be passages with hills so the civilizations can walk trought the Himalaya mountains.

I want the map to be empty with random start locations.

A lot of rivers.

A little of Goodie huts.

Elf_killer can you get a satellite image or drawing of Yugoslavia and a resource map would be nice I could try to make it!

Gurra09 I'm not sure if the map is size small and I know it goes to Europe but I could get it for you if you want.

The Teepee's almost done I just have to get the sticks on top of it and make a .dds so it looks right. I think I have a pretty good idea of the builds you want but if you could be more explicit.

I don't want the set starting places, but instead random spots, like in Civ II.

I've been looking around and can't find a map of Tamriel (the mythic world in the elders scrolls series, with Oblivion being the latest) anywhere for civilization 4. As it is a mythical world, it's not possible to bring any topographic or even half decent detail in an overview map. However, i think it should be possible to create a map out of what is avaliable, though a lot of things will have to be presumed from the information avaliable.

This map is possibly one of the better maps for determining the geography of the world.

As i've already mentioned, it highly lacking in detail. However, this webside could possibly provide enough to give a rough idea of what the world of Tamriel is like (and therefore more 'realistic' proximations).

Preferbly, this map would be huge/large, fits with beyond the sword. The X/Y should not warp simply cause Tamriel is only one continent on the planet 'Nirn' (which is even more mysterious then just tamriel). That would also mean no ice-caps.

Of course if one has played some of the games in the elder scrolls series (notebly morrowind or oblivion), a better image may come to mind when creating the map.

Has anyone tried to make a smaller version of 'Ozzy's Map of Erebus (BtS)'. I love this map but unfortunately around turn 420 my machine dumps the game due to lack memory. If no one has downsized yet, would someone be willing to take a rookie through the process. I am very appreciative of any help with this.

Looking for an Earth-map in small size to accommodate all the BTS civs, and be compatible with 3.13 Bhruic's patch.

Should have real oceans, so smushing land masses is cool. All starting locations should be warped to have a double fat cross that doesn't overlap with another civ's start. Resources should be fat and semi-historical. It's ok if they go over 4 per starting city, and even if the start sits on a resource. Starting locations should be mostly balanced against each other---an aggie food for an aggie food, an animal food for an animal, a copper for a copper/horse, etc..

Would like variants of it by civ number for stock BTS civs. E.g. A 9-civ, a 12-civ, an 18-civ version, etc.. Also Random barb city variants too. And a Terra variant (no new world civs). Too much to ask for ?

Don't know if you've started on this one, but I could use a Huge Europemap like this (Civ2-style is fine) for a scenario I have planned. (I found a map like this, but it's lacking that North America bit - which I actually do want...)

I've seen tiny and I've seen huge.

strategyonly has a middle earth map. Also, search for LOTR and you will find one or two. Strategyonly has a new one for BTS in the Maps section. Just get rid of a lot of the resources and it would be fairly good.
