This exists in CIV Gold 3.0 already - Malagasy Empire, leader in Nampoina.

There are already Bulgarian civs.

Amra's Modpack contains Bulgaria, and CIV Gold 4.0 will have it as well.

I would like a Cornish civ with, possibly, King Donyarth/Dongarth (the last independent King of Cornwall before the Norman invasion) as a leader. If you can't find sufficient information on Donyarth (it shouldn't be too hard) I would settle for An Gof. Thanks.

Atilla the Hun. The Huns have already been made. I can't find the thread but with diligence you should be able to. I believe it was made by Martinmukanga or something of the sort.

CIV Gold 4.0 will add the Kanem-Bornu, Mande (Songhai/Ghana), Congo, Mutapa and Khoisan, all from Africa. Modern Somalia, Nigeria and South Africa will also be added.

I was wondering if someone could create a civ 4 nation for me because i neither have the skill nor the tools. The leader is Josip Broz Tito of Yugoslavia and i mean the entire yugoslavia not just serbia. so cities should include bosnia, croatia, slovenia, macedonia and montenegro as well as serbia. the leader i would prefer to be partisan tito and not the later one but either one is fine. By the way this is for vanila civ 4. I would also need some help on how to set up new civilizations because i have never done that before. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. I think that his traits should be organized and militaristic and the special unit should be a partisan that can only be accessed through communism. I will post a link below of a ww2 portrait of him. THANK YOU SO MUCH IF ANYONE MAKES IT.

Zatim pokrenesh igru opcija Advanced/Load Mod izaberash mod sachekash da se igra sama restartuje !!! i igrash sa svojom omiljenom civilizacijom.
Nadam se da sam bio od pomoci.
