twistedx said:Did anyone ever recommend a fix to this? I am experiencing the same issue as well. My timers are enabled, and it happens no matter how many units are on the map. I've tried everything recommended in previous posts to no avail. Any ideas?

jeannie said:There is no possible FIX for 'unable to apply selected filter'. It's a WARNING / INFORMATION message. The UNIT screen has 'OWNER' checked off as a filter criteria as a default. If you go to the UNIT screen when the selected TRIBE does not have any units (for example, it's a civ you have conquered), you will get that warning because it can't find any units for that civ. You'll also get the message if you've selected other filter criteria and there are no units for the criteria you select.
) and I was curious if nexus is still working on the Filter bug. I'm talking about the one where (in Vanilla Civ 3 1.29) I load up the game, pick all the settings, I'm in the game, and I load Power Bar and the City Window works great, but when I click on the "units" button I receive the "Unable to apply selected filter" dialog. If i mess around with all the filters and reload I still get this error with every single one of the filters, doesn't matter if i put all of them on, or just Owner, or just units. Like it's been said before, with all of them off, I get a bunch of 0000 Barbarian Settlers in 0,0 axis. Is this a new feature that maybe hasn't had the full bug testing cycle yet? I have a few programming skills and could help if you wanted Nexus.
). All the buttons in the city menu work fine, and getting a filter error from the "H" button wouldnt make any sense. Are you sure that's what it says?
. This appears to be a bug and I hope we can fix it (I do mean "we"
