Pre-Release Reference Compilation

I may be wrong here but under benefit for campus and holy site you have listed +1 science and +1 faith but I don't think they automatically get any yield. The yields only come from adjacency. So for example a campus that is not next to mountains, rainforest or another district would not produce any science at all. The way you have it written it looks like they get +1 no matter what.

But again, maybe I have that wrong.

Factories also have the six tile radius (+3 production). Quill spends quite a bit of time trying to work out the bonus on his Norway stream, as it is really unclear if it is from the industrial zone, the city center, or if it just has to reach the border of the other cities. (Roughly 2:07:00 on the second day of the norway stream, but he spends about 5 minutes trying to figure out what is going on, as if its zone to city center, one of his cities is getting the bonus when it shouldn't: Frankfurt, from Sarpsborg).

The reason Quill was confused was that he was the suzerain of Toronto which was affecting the radius ("Regional effects from your Industrial Zone and Entertainment Complex districts reach 3 tiles farther") and he wasn't aware of that at the time. He figures it out at 00:32:03 in part 3 after a comment in chat.

Later at 01:03:03, he looks at a power plant and its tooltip mentions the increased range somewhat vaguely: "Bonus extends to each city center within 6 tiles. +3 tile range from modifiers"

Totally effing awesome! Is this every policy card in the tree? I wanted to do this too but it just looked like too much work to get it organized properly. Thank you VERY MUCH. I will include it in the next edition. :worship:

Yes, although 1/2 of the work was already done by someone else in another thread.

(also technically policies don't upgrade, they do go obsolete with civics though, so I was connecting Policy made obsolete by Civic X to similar Policy enabled by Civic X)

Just got around to looking this over. Looks like you don't have the Civic for Oxford University. It's Scientific Theory.

I don't have a source I can link at the moment, but I spent quite a bit of time hunting through Let's Play videos for what the regular factory does. I am fairly sure it is +3 production to a radius of 6 tiles, not the currently listed +4 production.
You were right! Marbozir must have been playing Japan, so all I had to work with on the tech tree was the Electronics Factory. I meant to go back and check a Let's Play to get the correct information about factories, but forgot. :dubious: Changed it to +3 (but have not yet managed to check the information either, so "proceed with caution" here). :ack:

You got it right. The districts were the first thing I did and I must have screwed it up at some point -- perhaps while I was fiddling around with the formatting. Thank you for helping me get this correct.

Fixed! Thank you.

Looks like I'm not going to get to do much more on this for about a week, so here is a new "version 2" with error corrections and some additional information, including the Policy Card information organized so effectively by KrikkitTwo and a new section on "Builder [& Military Engineer] Tile Improvements."

:help: REQUEST --> I'd like to include the unique building and unit information for each civilization in the guide too. If you'd like to help, keep an eye out when you are watching the Let's Play videos. If you happen to notice a tooltip for one of these unique items, take a screenshot and post it here in this thread. I'll update the charts with the information when I get back from my travels.
:thanx:

Well, congratulation on starting yours! :)
I did one too, re-writing every tooltips I can found.
Right now I'm still overwhelmed with works and too many video to watch, but I agree, Marbozir been a real help!

Maybe, you can take a look at mine (at the signature) to help you simplify your project. Well of Souls of Arioch too.

Yes, I will! What a fantastic job you've done with that. The hyperlinks are going to make qadams happy for sure! It's practically like having early access to the civilopedia itself.

One question: Have you thought about posting the file as HTML, so it can be navigated using hyperlinks?
I'll use your tooltips to update the unique units and buildings on my "paper project" when I can. Thanks very much for bringing your "Makeshift Civilopedia" project to my attention! :hatsoff:

Kudos & many thanks to all those who contributed time & effort, much appreciated!

Still the most important topic in this forum. Compiled a bunch of Great People too, should you need it

Yes! Absolutely! Thank you!
Still traveling for the week ahead, but will post an expanded and corrected version (sorry about not catching that lighthouse thing) as soon as I can.
Thanks again for the encouragement (it helps!) and especially for the new data summaries and helpful links.
