Player Experience: I've been NESing for a while since 2004 I think. In my first NES I played the PRC during the Cold War and managed that successfully and made it a major power. Then in the next NES I played India and did a whole lot of things, and most recently in AFNES as the Heavenly Tibetan Empire (see last line of sig)

No. She's President. Monmohan Singh is Prime Minister and real leader. The President is only a titular position which is appointed and has zero power.

Navy: 45 Surface Ships, 16 Submarines, 5 Amphibious Assault Vessels

Where are the carriers? India has the INS Viraant a UK Centuar class carrier currently in service. Also India has 1 nuclear submarine the INS Chakra a Russian Akula class.

Another 3 or so carriers are currently being built. The INS Vikrant and the INS Vikramadity (formerly known as Admiral Gorkashev a Kiev class), and a couple of nuclear subs are under construction as well, to enter service by 2012 for most of them.
