Aiolos: I let players come up with stuff like that. I give some basics, I let them fill in info. Some things I'll fill in for them. But any detail I don't provide in text can easily be made up by you. Don't see this as me being lazy, but see it as being practical because I already have multiple personality disorder from handling NPCs.

Sure. If you keep in mind what I've written about Tysis, then it is fine (medieval, militaristic, suppressed society).

I don't know what you mean. That is like asking me if you have bread and water. Such detail would be unnecessarily described in a ruleset. Have all the magic potions you want. But none will do anything to your stats or give you any advantage unless I give them to you. The other ones in your kingdom for fluff reasons are perfectly acceptable.

I also don't really know how my flying letter got intercepted...nor how he somehow got past the secuirty of the city (although as apparently there is a whole network of people watching military movement from my citadel to Tysis, so secuirty might not be so tough on that city after all...)
