Unique Ability: Strength of Ten Thousand Men: The men of Zhang Fei are far greater than any others. While in battle, troops of Zhang Fei will be far less likely to cut and run, and will in fact encourage the enemy to retreat rather than facing his wrath.
Huang Zhong
Unique Ability: Inhuman Stamina: Unwilling to look bad in front of their elder and their commanding officer, soldiers under Huang Zhong will match their commander’s steel and march farther on fewer rations than with any other soldiers.

Unique Ability: Patience of Age: Xiahou Dun knows the values of patience, especially in times of siege. While besieged, his soldiers need 50% less food, supplies, and gold.

Unique Ability: Eye of the Archer: Xiahou Yan is the finest Archer in all the land. As a result, not only do his Archers perform better in combat, but also it takes one season to train archers.
Guo Jia
Unique Ability: Siege Master: Guo Jia is a master of sieges. While besieging an enemy, Guo Jia’s troops take 50% less attrition, siege weapons are constructed 50% quicker, and morale degrades at a 50% slower rate.

Unique Ability: Cavalry Genuis: Lu Meng is a mastery of cavalry, and when an army is led by him, cavalry perform significantly better. In addition, Lu Meng can train all cavalry troops in two seasons instead of three.

Unique Ability: Hit and Run: Lu Xun is a masterful in the art of ambushes. An army led by him will have a 33% increase chance of ambushing an enemy army.
Zhou Yu
Unique Ability: Enlightened Warrior: Zhou Yu is a master at changing his strategies in an instant, giving him a +33% chance to Counter Attacks, and a flat +25% bonus in all Combat situations.
Lu Bu
Unique Ability: Terrifying Presence: Lu Bu is the stuff of legends. When an enemy army approaches, there’s a 10% Chance the enemy will outright retreat, and an additional 25% drop to Army Morale when fighting against him.

Wei Yan
Unique Ability: Relentless Attacker: When an army is led by Wei Yan, his troops get a 15% advantage to attacking, but a 10% disadvantage to defending.
Jiang Wei
Unique Ability: Fighting Scholar: Intelligent and quick, Jiang Wei is able to roll with situations as they come, giving him a +10% advantage in all combat situations.
Xiahou Bai
Unique Ability: Lightning Infantry: Xiahou Bai receives a 20% movement bonus for his Infantrymen, making them nearly as quick as Cavalry men, giving him advantages in both battle and on campaign.
Li Dian
Unique Ability: Turtle Shell: In slow moving battles, such as sieges, Li Dian may use the Turtle Shell strategy, giving him a 25% bonus to defensive battles, but reduces his attacking abilities by 15%
Yue Jin
Unique Ability: Archery Expert: When training archers, Yue Jin only needs two seasons instead of three.
Sima Zhou
Unique Ability: Fatherly General: Sima Zhou truly cares for his men, and considers a battle lost if he loses even one. As a result, this gives his army a 25% increase to morale, but gives him a 15% penalty to attacking.
Sima Shi
Unique Ability: Everything for Victory: Sima Shi, brother of Sima Zhou, is opposite in everything his brother does. He will sacrifice 20,000 men if it means victory. While this degrades Army morale by 25%, but increases his attacking ability by 15%
Zhang Liao
Unique Ability: Heavy Infantry Expert: Zhang Liao is an excellent leader of Heavy Infantry, and gets a +15% advantage when attacking.
Cheng Pu
Unique Ability: Light Infantry Expert: Cheng Pu is a light infantry specialist and recieves a 15% advantage when attacking.

Unique Ability: Light Cavalry Expert: Yan Liang’s specialty is Light Cavalry, and uses them to great effect, giving him a +10% advantage when attacking, and a +10% Movement speed increase
