Now you're just messing with me.
 
I need some suggestions on how to deal with the wind and how to change speed. Should we just have a set current that is set for the game or should we just not have wind be a factor at all.
 
Maybe have a map like this (except for winds)

And ships would go faster the more in line the direction they're going and the wind arrow are.
 
Wind is in the lap of the gods.. and in luck.. let storys etc give good winds.
 
Maybe that can go into factoring if you get a bonus for speed but I will have a set wind map.
 
Hey guys, I need to put this on hold over the summer. I am traveling to Europe and wont have the time to do updates. but when I get back I will have a new preview with different rules that I have been ironing out.
