problem with reconacting to game

hello
i played with my friend throw direct ip connction
the next time we wanted to continue the game he couldn't conncet to me
and this is the window that apeers

BTW we using 1.52 patch

check if you both have the same version or if there is a conflict with some MOD

we both have the same version and not using any mod

Over at some german forum, they've got the same problem ( including me ), they related it to the "no Cheating" option when you start a game. They tested it, works fine without "no cheating" but as soon as you activate it, it wont load, spits out this message and just closes.

so anyone got an idea how to solve this?
