hehe, sorry, forgot to say:
i included a warrior.nif and a swordsman.nif,
so you can use the warrior.nif with the warrior.kfm animation
and the swordsman_fx.nif with the swordsman.kfm animation.

Allright... i tried using both together.... didn't really work...;)

EDIT: the swordsman-fx.nif doesn't work: i get a person in the davinci pose, and a pink sheild and two pink swords. however, the worrior works perfectly:)


i don't know of anyone who can rebone it for us... we don't have any art people working on this mod. (only Frenchman, who makes leaderheads and buttons)
 
i am not sure but perhaps qdin can do something about it.
i think he has some art skills.
 
Wow, I'm glad I found this. I've been waiting for a mod of this sort (for any game) for sometime now.:D
I have NO PROGRAMMING SKILLS but I'd like to help if I can. I've read most of Tolkiens works as well as the stuff that was released by his son so I have a fair amount of knowledge concerning the subject (though not as much as others I'm sure).
Anyway, thanks to everyone who's working on this, I'll add what I can.:goodjob:

Just one thing now, the ring of Melian can work like the great wall in warlords... Prevents barbarians and/ or morgoth...

Well, you can ask Kael how he maked it cuz his mod is for vanilla but it have tons of warlords art and thingys...

And, The religons can be like they worship to different valars like the dwarfes worshipping to Aulë and the Late Numenorans to Morgoth and the elves to Manwë, blah, blah, blah
 
It would require an SDK change. I think the great wall intecepts the can move function and blocks attempts of Barb units to enter the tile if the owner of the tile has the great wall.

Not a big deal to incorporate in your mod if you are comfortable with SDK changes.

We plan to do so with an possible warlord update, in the future, when we get Warlords. But for now, Thingol is only one leader not very likely to sign open borders.
About your model, seZereth, it's great, does it have a fiery body or some kind of fire aura? We already had a good balrog, but this one is much better, and doesn't have wings (before someone says so, BALROGS DON'T HAVE WINGS) also. Everyway, I'll miss the old balrog ;) .

It's very, very nice, but it needs some wings ;) (just kidding) does it have a huge fiery aura?
 
We are still discussing how would the forces of nature (Ents included) enter the game. Our current plan is to have them as a civ that is at war with everyone else, but they only move to attack, and only attack units at a certain range - perhaps their own borders. Does anyone know how it could be done?
Oh, and the fire thingy gandhi rules says isn't the whip? Does this balrog have a whip?
 
Maybe he means the whip...

I think that the last thing you said about the nature is the best we've come up with so far...

Any programmers out there willing to help?
