Amazon.co.uk have just emailed to say that my order has been shipped, should get here tomorrow... According to the front page here, they're shipping preorders, and it still shows as a preorder at Amazon. Glad I preordered it now.

My recommendation for people living in scandinavia is to buy the game from gamer.uk.com. They ship free to all Europe. Reasonable prices and some good point collecting.
