Is there such a thing? I'm trying to play a scenario I'm making on PTW, but I only have civ3 editor and conquests editor. I got conquests, so PTW came with it on the same disc, so if there is an editor, I never got one as it is "obseleted" I guess already by the conquests one so it didn't come with it.

Btw, I think vanilla scenarios can be played by ptw, the editor is just acting up.

Edit: A different question now, what are the OCN, techrate, etc for a huge map? In vanilla editor everything seems to be reset.

Edit2: In vanilla editor, there's too many things uneditable until conquests. never mind about that.

Yeah, there is one.

All editors are backwards compatible (e.g. C3C editor can load C3C, PTW, and Vanilla scenarios, PTW can load PTW and Vanilla). You can find the PTW editor in your C:/Program Files/Infogrames Interactive/Civilization III/Civ3PTW/ folder, named something like ptwedit or something (not sure of the name).

The OCN for a huge map is 36, and the tech rate is 400.

Just download the latest ptw patch, then install it to a different dir than where you have ptw installed.. (if you patch it over the conquest version you wont be able to run it any more since different CD check).
Now browse to the dir where you installed the patch, and the ptw editor exe will be there.. copy it to your ptw dir and run it :)

I told you not to install the patch over your current ptw install... because that would happen (it is looking for the ptw disc, not the C3C one)

Try copying the Civilization3x.exe from the conquests disc back to the PTW directory after patching.
