Ptw Scenarios.

I've heard that there are going to be 10 scenarios included with PTW. I also heard that there shalt be a scenario editor.

So I would like to knwo what scenarios woudl you like to play.

Personally I would like a scenario starting in 1900 AD on map of world or perhaps one at the beginning of 21st Century.

well im going to make at least one of my own as soon as this scen maker comes out (this is b4 ptw btw) and that will be a world scenario starting in US civil war using basically standard units but tweaked rules.
Because of this ther will be many scenarios available even b4 PTW comes out.

You cant make new unit very easily now but when the scen editing stuff comes out you will be able to

You can change the values ands names of units however so you only need to be able to add units if you want to make more units than in a regular game

You can add new units now, it's not easy though. Wait about two weeks or so (I don't think it'll be out in June).

My problem is my near total lack of artistic ability. Flicster is wasted on me.

We already know that one of the scenarios shipping with PTW involves dinosaurs... for some reason.

Personally, I'm looking forward to some modern era and futuristic scenarios. Most of my games are either finished by the Modern age, or I've gotten to the poiint where it takes me an hour to play a single turn.

Those 10 (multiplayer) scenarios probably will not be much different from regular maps, so don't get your hopes too high.

The Best of the Net CD that will be included in the PTW will contain player-created scenarios though. Of course how sophisticated those scenarios will be depends on the scenario editor features...
