Geystrals leader Amon offers his 18 year old daughters hand in marriage to the now 45 year old leader of the exiled Sumatran government. This provides the guarantee of protection that the Sumatran people had been looking for and he promptly accepts a position on Emperor Amons advisory council. However, only the Sumatrans on the main island accede to the Kings decree and two small islands off the coast proclaim their independent monarchy and ask only to be left alone by the might of Geystral. Significant portions of the former Sumatran military escape to these islands. Across the water the Geystral Navy ferries a expedition to the large eastern island, simultaneously the north and south are colonized and Geystral comes into contact with a copper age culture with a large population. The Geystral Emperor also concludes an agreement with Vietnam for an alliance and give much wealth to the Davarati for the secrets for Bronze smelting.
Canada expands rapidly westward following the successful war with the Iroquois. They also sell Bronze technology to the Delaware and conclude an alliance with them.
The Great Knowledge Nation, having been grievously insulted by the primitive and warlike Olmec Cultures crushes them in a brutal act of vengeance. The troops relish the victory and go on an orgy of killing and looting, defying their commanders. The troops actions casts great aspersion on the GKN and its people.
Russia expands north until the reach the coast of the Artic ocean. On their way they meet the Finns, a peaceful culture to the West.
In the Mediterranean two wars rage. The Sicilians continue in the face of expanded Carthaginian resistance. Carthage rallies its troops and trains more and more, but the superior Sicilian troops continue to push towards the capital. Citizens begin to prepare for flight from the capital as the Sicilian armies advance closer and closer.
On the Iberian peninsula the war in the Pyrenees continues to rage, as violently as ever. The Spanish troops crush the Basque forces guarding their capital and then push the remaining forces back away from their defensive wall. However, the Gauls bring fresh troops to the fight and penetrate the northern most part of the Spanish wall and advance to the nearest city, conveniently the former capital of the Catalan kingdom. The Gauls vow that upon capturing the city theyll burn it to the ground.
In the Amazon the government concludes an alliance with the Panamanians and expands along the Amazon river even more.
On the Arabian peninsula the Arabs expand northward and come into contact with multitudes of new cultures.
