Purchasing downloads

OK, I am trying to buy the Direct2 deal for the full Civ IV pack, but there seems to be a problem.I do fine right until I enter the verification number, and then, when it finishes processing the order, it says 'Transaction Failed'. I am certain that I am filling in everything correctly, but I don't know what the problem is... their customer support page frankly sucks...

Any suggestions?

you should definitely contact D2D about this.

do you have a firewall that might keep it from calling home?

Not that I know of. Purchases on other sites (namely: Amazon.com) made from the same card went through fine. Guess the problem lies with D2D.
