It became my favorite subquest after I grew tired of building 23-point flesh golems with every possible promo. Try to nail all 4 dragons before going down on Erebus like a pimp goes down on his b$%#'s when he's jonesing for crack and he's all outta money.
Of course, you'll need all 3 dragon producing civs and maybe also that CuatzlMawhatever lizard race, since I heard they have some kind of wyrm (but does it count as a beast??)
Nailing Acheron with your best beastman is the easy part. I figure it would be easiest to take the civ that has the most conditions attached to its dragon building, and I can only assume for now it's either the Illians or the Kuriotates. Illians require you to wipe out a civ before casting the spell they need for their dragon. On the other hand, when the AI plays the Kuriotates they tend to play them like a pansy, so I'm divided as to which is the hardest: Expecting an Illian AI to kill another civ or nursing a wussy Kuriotate AI all the way up to Divine Essence.
Playing the Kuriotates, I made it all the way to 3 dragons. The first dude to make it to four deserves his own trophy. Come to think of it, it should be part of that achievement screen you get on the upper-left corner of the screen...
