I'm planning to create a map of my own to play. Do I have to place settlements of the Incans all over the map while creating the map or do they normally appear at random locations if you select them as your AI enemy?After choosing your own created map I mean

It depends how your generating your map.
It is in python, Natives will be located randomly in the map.
It is via the BuilderScreen, you will to do it yourself.
