Question about perspective in game

Hi all,

Wanted to ask this question and thought this would be the most appropriate place for it, since it appears to be utilised in a large number of stories here such as Princes of the Universe. Some of the screenshots of units or cities seem to be taken at a 'ground level' perspective, when I can only seem to zoom in rather than get anywhere near this kind of view. How do I get a perspective like that?

Flying camera mode can get you in really close. (ALT+Ctrl+F, must enable in INI file).
