Question about the mod Rhyes and Fall of Civilization In Abundance

A question about the mod RFC in abundance, a mod for Rhyes and Fall of Civilization made by Jarkov. I am encountering a glitch where after switching from the Sumerians to the Babylonians in 2000BC, I was never given another opportunity to switch to another civ. Not even when the European nations arose. Has anyone else had this problem, not being able to switch civs after switching once no matter how much time had passed? Well, I play RFC: Dawn of Civilization, but I assume it's the same across all versions. After you switch civilizations once, you can't do it again in that game.

Yes, when you make a switch, the civilization you switch to is the one you are stuck with. Well that is if you don't wanna play the civ you switched to after a while lol xD. But yes if I switch from Egypt to France, I al France for the rest of the game.
