Question for scenerio builders!

Hi. I've done a couple maps and even one scenerio but I find the scenerio builder (the built in Civ II one) does not give me all the options I need.

Basicially I am satisfied (for now) with the normal technology and units, what I want to do is set up cities for each side, set each Civ to have certain technology, certain city improvements, certain view of the map, etc. How is all this done?

Narz, you can do all those things you want to do with the Civ 2 cheat menu. I'd advise you to have a look through the guides on this site for some more tips.
