Er, if this is in the wrong section please move it. If this is a really nooby question that everyone knows the answer to just lock. I got BTS and ffh wont work. It freezes and closes on the bhall popup in the beginning. What's wrong?

Suffice to say: Hyborem would be proud to have Vista as his/her/its baby.

No vista, why? And is there anyway to just disable the videos in the game>

Yes, you can turn off videos in the game options. Pretty sure that there is a command line for it in the .ini if you cannot even get to the initial loading screen.
