Ok, i've now won on prince and realize I was way too optimistic in the last post.

somewhere in this game, at prince or less, there is a point where one can turn off research and steal their way to the stars. or so I hypothesize...

I've been playing 2 or 3 hemispheres. 3 seems way easier than 2.

anyway, looking for help in finding out when it is okay to turn off research and steal from the AI. Looking for suggestions on civs (financial and ?). Turn off the research after theology?

My best game so far has been an unfocused "wonder addiction" with the ethiopians. Gotta love the oromos...

And OT, am I right in thinking the way to use corps is to spread them to foreign lands? Idiots want to know.

Decided to play totally different tonight. No early war. A little more loopy than normal (been physically ill). So prince, the khmer (never played them before). Things are progressing nicely, however, I've lost focus on what I'm going for. Take a look and rake it over the coals. BTW, I have not yet been attacked and I seem to be the tech lord (Is the AI stupid?)
