People living in countries such of US, UK etc, don't know what is poor much. A lot of people that considerate themselves poor there, are close (if not) to be considerate a middle class here.
That's a rather broad, sweeping generalization that's just not accurate. You really have no idea what the financial situation of people up here is. We may seem rich to you, but that's not always true.

Myself, I've slept under trees before. I've pulled my meals out of garbage cans. Please don't tell me I don't know what poor is.

My English is not perfect (I learn myself), if you read again, you may notice that I wrote "much" in the end of it, which I mean, that countries such of US, and UK, don't know about to be poor, as much as we here do (and not that no body there is poor (there is poor people in every country).

And the situation that you state it, I don't know as a poor, and yes by misery (is how we call here). If you don't have a home and have to grab food from the trash (the first, happen to me when I was only 16, and my mother told me, I was old enough to take care my own, I stay on the streets for a fill days, but I did not eat from the garbage), you are on the state of misery, and not poor state.

I guess you don't like me no more :(. To bad, I always tough you as a great person. I'm sorry that you got this in a wrong away, was not my intention to.

Like I say, I wrote much, which means I know that people over there know about poor (every country does), but you cannot denied that the country I live, has way more problems with someone being poor, that your country. (your country is ranked number one, in economy, go check were we stand).

I know padma. I just shortly reply to somebody else, a while back that I don't have complete. But then I got replies as it only cost 20 dollars, and you can get in X store, and such.

I always fill the need to reply to anybody that reply to me, so I tough I should explained why I didn't have Complete, so I wouldn't have replies saying, "hey you can get for 20 bux, in such and such store), which I didn't really ask for, but I fill that I need to respond, as those persons were really trying to help me getting the game, but didn't really know that I couldn't, so I try to explain myself to those who reply.

I just tried to explain myself once, but then Turner misunderstood me, and lead to off topic discussion.

Meanwhile back at the ranch...
I am wondering what happens when you just don't waste your time with civs in the diplomacy screen?

...Someone comes along and demands a whole lot of stuff for nothing and I just say Goodbye Catherine,... Julie,... Liz, or whatever.

That constitutes turning their demand down, and you will get war declared war on you sometimes.

Although once the Germans were demanding something and it had red highlited on the 'goodbye Bismark' button. Which meant that would declare war. So i was prepared for war and clicked it and no war was declared. But at other times it was highlited blue which meant its safe to click it without declaring war and the leader did declare war.

Well, it's kind of like they come to you and ask for something and don't offer anything in return. You know that means that they're demanding something. But every time this happens I just tell them Goodbye.

Just becuase it's highlighted in red or blue doesn't mean that the AI will declare war (or remain at peace).

I should mention that they just want it. They don't threaten to wipe me out or anything. Just present the table saying we want this with nothing to offer.

Since I don't care about getting dead, I tell them to take their threats elsewhere when that comes up but this is not that situation.

Granted, I do play at wussy levels... for now

Exactly, the highlighting one way or the other doesn't guarantee anything. But they've some nerve asking for something without having anything to offer. But that gives me a sign that a war will be imminent at some point soon or they're just testing me to see how wussy I am. They highly underestimate me.

I saw this somewhere on the site before but I can't seem to find the answer again...

How do you toggle your screen quickly to change view to all the other Civs under your foreign advisor screen in a 15 Civs game?

One more question quckly because i have to run now...

How do I prevent my cities from going up in smoke with rioting under a Republic or Democrocy when another Civ declares war on me? \

I've seen that Democrocy and Republic are supposed to be 2 of the best governments but if a war brakes out, I've found them to be more damaging then helpful. All my citizens become furious and riot and then I have to turn 3/4 of my citizens into entertainers. Is there an answer for this? I don't like getting bullied by the romans, but I also don't like all my cities shutting down.

What's the cure?

You have to always have at least as many happy face as unhappy one. This may require increase lux or structure like markets or increase lux slider or even specialist.
