Make sure you modify it and not add it, as it already has the line with value at 0.

12 - Tiny
14 - Small
16 - Standard
24 - Large
32 - Huge

It is also worth noting that the OCN is affected by difficulty as follows:

Chieftain: 100%
Warlord: 95%
Regent: 90%
Monarch: 85%
Emperor: 80%
Deity: 70%

I was wondering, when you capture an ennemy civ, install a governor instead of razing it BUT right after that you abandon the city, do you get a reputation hit ?
Because that's what I'm doing to avoid a bad reputation due to city razing and not getting stuck with a pitifull city, but if it's useless... :)

Sorry Masquerouge, it's useless ;). You get a rep hit. There is some rule about when you get a rep hit based on either the number of turns or on the ratio of your citizens to foreign citizens in the city. I'm not totally sure what this is though as what I normally do is starve the city down by making the citizens into tax collectors/scientists, then grow it back with my own (hopefully productive) citizens.

Abandoning is the same as razing, as long as there's a majority of foreigners in that city. The governor has nothing to do with it.

EDIT: crap. you beat me to it. oh well...

If my forbiden fortress gets captured, can I build a new one, or is it lost forever?

Ok well too bad... I thought I was being smart, like "look, I'm not razing your city, okay ? I'm just abandoning it"
So I guess it's time to starve, zulus. All you can eat is over ! ;)

I have another qquestion , I am in a bit of a delema right now. I have a MPP with Babylon and Greece. They have just declared war on each other, but have yet to attack. Babylonian tanks are at the gates of A Greece city, so I know there will be conflict soon, and who ever get attacked first I will have to side with, due to the MPP. I need to know if I will get a rep hit from this, since I will essentially be declaring war on an ally. Becuase If I do geta rep hit, I would rather chose who I go to war with and declare war on before either of them attack.

I believe the FP is destroyed when the city is captured, and as such you can rebuild it (like you can rebuild all small wonders). Maybe someone can confirm this (I am not 100%).

If you have 2 MPPs and they go to war with each other then yes, you will get a rep hit when you auto-declare.

When a city is captured, any buildings which produce any culture are automatically destroyed(except great wonders). Hence, you are right :)

It was more whether or not you can rebuild destroyed small wonders that I was after Gainy. :)

:mischief: Well... I was originally under the impression that you couldn't rebuild anysmall wonders (I found out about a month ago), so I can't really say with much conviction. Like yourself, I assume so, I don't see why it should be any different...

How is Demigod harder than Emporer? I am looking to possibly step up.
