AFAIK, we don't have one. Perhaps, if you put testing in the subject line, and ansked a moderator to delete it, it might be done that way. But that's extra work for the mods, and they are busy enough as it is.

If I wanted to do this, what I would do is start a new thread. Put the stuff in that I want to test, and click on 'Preview Post' next to the 'Submit' button under the text box. Now, this isn't perfect, but it will show you what the post will look like.

The last world you played, you get to play again. Not sure if you get the same starting position or not. But it would allow you to use the same world with a different civ.

What does the "Play Last World" option do in conquests?

It should offer you the chance to play the last world with the same settings, same starting locations and so on.
Nevertheless, if you are using random settings for the civs, it may happen that the starting locations are distributed differently since the seafaring ones take precedence for getting coastal starting locations.
So, by choosing that option you could get the same map, but a different starting location.

Been through the Manual, searched here, and a google search but can't find this.

Is there a Unit Cap, as in a total amount of units that you can build?

I'm in about 1970AD or so, and it's says I'm completing units, but they don't show up. I've switched every city to wealth now...

CivIII Gold Edition (PTW) playing Mongols in Democracy.

I saw the same thing a few years back for a turn or two, but shortly went to war with the Celts. I thought maybe it was city based, but I believe Rome has more units than I do, but less cities?? I'm not sure.

Maximum number of units is 4096 for all Civs combined.

What is approval rating?

Approval rating: This one's easy. The percentage of your people that are happy. If every single person is happy, you have 100%. If everyone is content it is 50%. Edit: This can be misleading when you get specialists, because the specialists count as only content people. So even if everyone is happy or an entertainer, you won't have 100% approval rating if you have any specialists.

Stupid question.

I've tried to sell a building and can't figure out how.

Right or left clicking on the name in the city page doesn't enable it.

If it's a building granted by a wonder, you can't sell it. Otherwise, right-clicking on the building in the city view should work.

Might want to post a save, if it's not a wonder-granted building.

It's a hospital. Not wonder based obviously.

Right clicking inside the city page on the left list only gives me a small pop-up offering to send me to the Civpedia concerning maintenance or the hospital.

Left clicking does nothing at all.

I right click on both the hospital icon and name and only get the Civpedia redirect pop-up

Improvements.gif

You have to open your city screen first, then right click on the improvement you want to sell.
As noted, if the improvement has been given by Great Wonder (such as granary or Barrack) it can not be sold.

Shabba's right. Get the pop under 12 (or if you've modded the game, down to a 'city' status, and you'll be able to sell it.
