Well, afaik the custom avatar settings are displayed even when you don't have 300 posts. If they're not, try to refresh the screen, maybe you're looking at an old version. If it doesn't, go to the site feedback forum and stop spamming the newbie thread.

Yes, but it's only available for the default rules.

Kinda. Its still in the Epic game but the new buildings are not in the view.
For the conquests there is no city view option at all.

Ok,I asked this where I was directed from creations forum to main forum,still no simple answers.I really love all the art the creators have done,scenario's,leaderheads especially! But even with the sometimes includes readme txt.s,I can't get any,nothing different into my Civ3 C game.I have the latest patch from here,a fairly good system for gaming.But I can't find anywhere (this place is HUGE!)a simple breakdown of exactly where each and any downloads here go into my game.
Bare with me as I explain,I have tried everything and everywhere for months.Still can't get a scenario or new leaderhead,grapic modpacks nothing to show up in the choices and I use either winrar or winzip.They are in the listings c/infrogames.../civ3/conquests,etc. but when I start the games they aren't anywhere to be choosen to play?!?
Is there ANYWHERE that lists exactly a breakdown of each d/l (outside of their threads,its not worked),and where to install it exactly.There are more than one art folder,sceneario,conquests,etc,also do you open folders before extracting,if so where do each of the contents get d/l'ed into?
Sorry so much but after over a year of playing and failure to accomplish any creative additions,I'm damn frustrated and keep getting redirected where to ask.
Sorry if again this is not where to ask but I am ready to give up.Any sweet soul,that has some patience for a simple female strategy addict,any direction or my hopes of a list where goes 'exactly' where,would be appreciated beyond belief!!!
Please don't yell if I'm in wrong place again,or just missing a simple thread,but every thread,FAQ,forum just over confused me and at times ended in a reinstall.

What's a "milk run?" I've seen this term a few times, no idea what it is.

Definition: Game played to 2050AD for the sole purpose of generating the highest Civ score possible!

The easy part may be winning the game......The HARD part is getting a higher score than everybody else! (See HOF Lists.)

It's called a "Milk Run" because instead of winning the game in say 600AD, you "Milk" the game to 2050AD in order to get a higher score!

I just took the last Aztec city, but I can still conduct diplomacy with Montezuma. Does he have a settler on a ship somewhere or something? I can see the entire world map at this point and he's got no more cities.

Yes. Any city can flip, besides your capital.

Not necessarily on a ship, but probably. A civ is not eliminated till all settlers/cities are taken/destroyed.

If you steal an enemies troop locations, how long is that knowledge good for?

You see it and can make notes as long as you'd like and then leave the screen, I believe. At the very longest, until the end of your current turn. It can (and will) obviously change during the AI's turn.

1. I "fixed" the upgrade line so that infantry upgrade to TOW infantry which upgrade to mech infantry. The civelopedia confirms that TOW now upgrade to mech. I am building mech infantry, all of my cities have barrackses (Sun Tzu), I have all strategic resources, and tons of cash . . . but it won't let me upgrade TOWs to mechs. Anyone got a diagnosis?

2. Is there an easy way to import images such as the stone resource from Conquests to a slightly modded Epic?
