Hero classes:
Warrior - The Warrior is the most armored hero class of all. Dwarves and paladins reach their level of armor only when using powerful defensive spells.
Rogue - The only crossbow-using heroes, they can dodge attacks and steal money and items from the enemies.
Ranger - Strong ranged class, with double sight range and fast reflexes, being able to respond to multiple threats at once. Can brew his own healing potions from medicinal plants he finds.
Wizard - Fragile , but devastating. A wizard with a few levels under his belt can clear out the battlefield before you can say "Go Wizard Go!". Tends to run away from battles he cannot win, but his slow speed kinda impedes that.
Paladin - Holy Warrior, aligned with Dauros, the God of Law. Wields pwoerful defensive spells and anti-undead spells. Fast, despite wearing heavy armor, and wields a longsword.
Warrior of Discord - Chaotic warriors that follow Fervus, the Chaos God. Incredibly stupid, but also incredibly resilient, they slash their enemies with battle scythes and spiked armor. Their rage-filled howls are known to kill lesser enemies on the spot.
Elf - Ranged hero, that gives a small bonus to productivity, but also makes other heroes more lazy. Elves are rather weak and may flee from easy battles even at higher levels. They hate Dwarves and Gnomes.
Dwarf - Magic-resistant armor-clad hammer-wielding diminutive warrior. Slow but precise, Dwarves also help with construction. Hates Elves and Gnomes
Gnomes - Cheap, disposable , weak and extremely lucky, once you recruit a Gnome, you end up getting his entire family and friends at your door. They are fast and help with construction, but sometimes it's just not worth it. After gaining a few levels , they turn into Gnome Champions. Hates Elves and Dwarves .
Gnome Champion - just as tiny, filthy and cheap as the normal Gnome, but way luckier. Their tiny health and damage is a minor downside when you realize that their luck and defensive capabilities prevent them from actually taking damage.
Barbarian - followers of Krolm, the Father of Gods, Barbarians are dumb muscles who wander around , wielding clubs and axes, ready to smash anything that moves (or exists). Their huge damage and their nonexistent armor maxes them pretty balanced.
Adept - Followers of Lunord, the Moon God, Adepts are faster than the Wind and good at self-defense. they are the only melee class to use staves as weapons. They patrol the city and rarely wander far away, usually teleporting back to town at the first sign of danger. they get scared quickly though.
Solarus - female followers of the Sun Goddess, Helia, they use maces and fire spells to singe their enemies with searing heat. They also aid in defense, residing either in Guardhosues or their Solacranums: massive stone temples with a rotating part that moves according to the Sun's rotation and channels the power of the Sun.
Healer - Peaceful followers of Agrela, the Goddess of Life, Healers use their Daggers only as a last resort. otherwise, they stay away from battle and aid their allies with healing spells and various enchantments.
Monk - Pious followers of Dauros, the God of Law, monks dont wear armor and don't use weapons other than their bare fists, but they are not to be underestimated: one single punch can make a building crumble. They have sworn a vow of silence and poverty, thus they never speak and never have any money .
Cultist - Bizarre follower of the God of Chaos, Fervus, Cultists can tame wild animals . they throw daggers at enemies and use metamorphic spells to turn into wild animals and hunt down their enemies. They are always viewed as strange, breaking the fourth wall on every occasion.
Priestesses - deadly followers of Krypta, the Goddess of Death , priestesses use necromantic life-stealing attacks and summon skeletal bodyguards for defense. They are rather weak, but they pick their fights carefully.
