Blight alone seems to weak. but Blight + Pestilence (even if repeatable) seems just allright and its harder to plan than the fixed event (especially with living world which would explain why it hit so often.). A quite significant impact to the game, but not a micromanagement annoyance like the old blight and harder to circumvent / get an advantage over AI with the way its implemented now.
If at a later Stage the "FFH2-opedia"
is done it should perhaps be noted in there, that pestilence works simmilar to blight to avoid or help diminish confusion. But that has time. Until then im sure this thread will give enough of an answer.
