What does the target restriction removal for Venice mean? I'm not able to send all my caravans to Venice to build a mega city, so does it actually work? Or am I just misunderstanding what that means?

Normally you can only send 1 trade route to a foreign city or city states. Like even if you have 8 cities, you can only send Kuala Lumpur 1 trade route.

Venice can ignore that restriction, but still cannot duplicate a trade route exactly. that means you could send a route City1--Kualau Lumpur, and another route from City2--Kuala Lumpur, and city3--Kuala Lumpur.

But you still can't send City1-Kuala Lumpur more than one time, or City2--City1 more than one time.
 
When a luxury is banned, do you still get the monopoly bonus for it?
 
The 43 civ mod no EUI and causing issues with my city banner similar to the screenshot posted. I installed the community patch using the current automatic installer

Seems that I cant influence vote of vassals? 5 vassals and not one of them allow me to try to purchase any votes from them, even tho the option is there. Is that new?
 
Can someone say if bug with sphere of influence on food city states was fixed or not?(in August versions)
(Decreasing food in all cities in main city tile every turn)
In last stable July version it is still present.
 
My Stealth Bombers whom says has 90% evade chance on Interception, still seem to get hit all the time by Mobile Sams and the like. I know they have upgraded 75% intercept chance, but im not sure how the mechanics work on this? Can anyone enlighten?
 
Was Polynesia always able to build moai on top of resources or is that a change from one of the recent patches?
 
Thanks for the reply! I've been away for a while and never really played as Polynesia before, but I had in the back of my mind that Moais couldn't be built on tiles with resources.
 
How do I get a squeaky-clean install? I tried deleting the mods folder, the cache folder, and also reinstalling Civ 5 outright. I keep getting this in the 8-31 patch (which I also tried redownloading).

Were you using modpacks?

Check if you have an extra folder named UI_bc1 in your DLC folder

This was a bug, now fixed for the next version (it is damaged unit modifier introduced in this patch, it didn't had text description)
