Quick, tasty recipes for one

For on uncooked alternative, you can make a chef salad -

- Red and green leaf lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Red Onion
- Crushed garlic
- Sandwich slice of turkey
- a couple of slices of Salami
- a slice of sandwich cut roast beef
(Obviously you can vary the protiens however you wish; you could optionally add
things like chick peas, hard boiled egg, alfalfa sprouts, etc. ad. naus.)
- Feta cheese.
- Black pepper (Fresh gound preferred, but pre ground is OK).
- Your favorite salad dressing

And you're done.
 
Scramble an egg or two, and mix with rice and sauce (hot sauce + ginger sauce, for example). Alternatively, use a chopped soy burger (I like Boca).

Pasta and a can of tunafish, add tomato sauce, seasoning, and melted cheese as desired.
