I think now we spend the 20 turns of peace or so building up our infrastructure and give the WW time to wear down. Or hope the Chinese declare on us.

Start a fight if you want, but we had 20-30 turns of WW and that takes a while for the populace to forget. When I finished my turns we were at 70% WW until I made peace for a few turns then declared war because we'd lost Ivory. Now we are only trading for is Wine so that should be the next one we need to claim as our own, so as not to be reliant on another Civ for it. Also we need to blunt China's teeth, I would say that workers and infrastructure should be our mainstay for the time being, getting Railroads set up will greatly improve our mobility and resources.

Agreed. I really don't have time for a fight right now anyway. Keeping the working classes on the straight and narrow will keep me plenty busy.

I mindlessly, which is easy for me, sent stacks of workers to work the grounds leading up to the Mongol/Sino boarder without much thought of keeping enough around the core for the completion of Steam. However, we still have more than a couple workers biding their time in the mountains.

BTW, at what point in time can we start SGoTM6?

Incidentally, I'm having a little trouble interpreting your avatar. It looks like the back of someone with wings, but the head area is a total loss. Could you post the file so I can open and enlarge it?

It's supposed to be blond hair and a halo. But because I had to reduce the resolution and the number of colors to be able to meet the 4k requirements it lost some definition. I've included the original as an attachment.

I’d save the money for either a mass upgrade to rifles when nationalism comes in, or stealing the next tech.

- Our gems deal with India expires in 3, and ours wines deal with China expires in 5.
