I have bought them all seperatly, and the Cquests disc is in there, as a matter of fact, I have a shortcut to it on my desktop and I dont even have to use the disc, but its in there.

Well, if it were me, I would uninstall all versions of Civ, reinstall vanilla and then patch to 1.29f, reinstall PTW (if you have it) and then patch to 1.27F, then reinstall Conquests and patch to 1.22.

That should give you a nice clean start and should work.
