Hello everybody;
I've tried looking for posts mentioning issues similar to this but can't find anything.
Therefore:
PC: Asus G56JR; i7-4700HQ CPU @2.40 GHz, NVidia GeForce GTX 760m, 16 GB RAM
OS: Windows 8.1
I can sometimes play hours and days without ever getting this problem, always at 60+ FPS, then all of a sudden the game starts to go down to like 5 FPS and the sound starts to crackle and stutter (low buffer issue, I presume). The only solution is to close the game and restart. Upon restarting the game, the issue is gone and can sometimes play for hours without getting and problem. Some other times, the issue comes back in 30 to 60 minutes.
* The issue takes place with small and huge maps with no difference.
* The issue is *NOT* related to GPU temp.
* The issue is not antivirus related.
Particular conditions I've got on my pc is:
* The game is installed via Steam, on the D: drive.
* NVidia Experience is on, and the game optimised for it (full HD, 4xMSAA, GPU Texture Decode on, all other settings on 'High'.
Please, please, please let me know if any of you had this issue as well, and hopefully solved it.
