Meh this one time at university, I didn't prepare for a presentation, went to the library 2 hours before it was due, read some books, did the presentation, and the only 1 out of 2 B grades for it out of the class (everyone else C+ or less).

Oh, there's that super hard 2000 word genetics essay left to do, and 2 days left. Go go 8 cans red bull, all done, C+.

I worked best under the last minute pressure. I couldn't motivate myself to start early enough, or prepare and attempt to get A grades.
 
8 cans red bull? Tea is the way to go.
 
Tea is weak.
 
Tea is superior. Red Bull is basically sugar water.
 
I don't like hot drinks.

So I've gotten my grade for this first exam, and it was a c

Now, a c isn't very good in of itself, but conscidering how bad I felt things went, it's rather good.
So I've gotten some hopes I at least don't have to take these subjects again.

(Although it is a bad omen for the future)

So I've gotten more results, and I got 3 C's this semester, down from an A and two B's first semester.

I mean, this was probably the best I could have expected, but I still feel kind of bummed out

I have some dread that because I didn't do so well this semester, I'm going to lack insight into some fundamental things in future courses.
Also, the potential master degree is starting to be at stake
 
Probably loads of sugar in that too though.

I don't mind sugar. I need to eat a lot of it because I have poor food absorption from my IBS / possible chrons disease.

Also I weighed myself today after a still ongoing 5+ day bout of severe stomach pain and poop. Last time I weighed myself maybe last month I was 92 kg, which is 2 kg overweight.

Today I am down to 84 kg.

Also to get up to 92 kg, I was literally eating cakes, chocolates, nothing but 100% fruit juice, pizzas, bread, fish chips, burgers on most days for several years. Now my digestion has just temporarily died again or something.

Forgot to visit the GP clinic after my jobcentre appointment to book an appointment, I'll calls them tomorrow.
 
Oh cool, and for once I was in the right thread to post that health rant.

Well, its actually a good thing. Easy and free weight loss, and all I do is lie in bed or sit in a chair all day. Fat fat go away, come again in another 2-3 years time.
 
Dunno how that is actually made.

Kettle, mug, tall glass.

Put on kettle with water, put teabag in mug, fill tall glass with ice.

When kettle boils, pour water into mug. Allow to steep for a minute or so. Remove bag and pour tea from mug into glass.

Iced tea.

It may take some experimenting to find the right combination of mug size, glass size, and ice level...but making iced tea is far short of brain surgery so I'm sure you will get the hang of it.

Also height wise I should weigh 72-90 Kg (varies based on build). It took me 8 years to go from 75-85+ from mostly eating high calorie food that would make a normal person very obese in that time, especially with zero exercise.

I need a doctor before I poop until I'm a skeleton. Oh my gawd, I've not been taking my Gaviscon silly me. Herp derp derpy doo.

Can we change? I'd like to lose some weight.


Own rant: Summer has begun, and summer is boring.
The 3 courses I followed in the evenings are over, and the gym does now not open anymore at the weekends until the semester starts again. What the hell am I supposed to do with my time? Okay, I can kill the evenings within the week with gym, but the weekends? Also 4 days/week gym isn't too much fun.
 
Sucking on a pair of Gaviscon tablets, pain seems to be decreasing, but I'm also having noticeable explosions of hot gaseous liquidy something in my tummy.

So much ouchies.

My glass will hold twice my mug (I just checked). I find that if I fill the glass with ice (the arc shaped ice that comes from my fridge) there is just enough room when I pour in the tea. It melts about half the ice pretty much instantly and winds up ice cold. You want the tea strong because obviously it is getting watered a bit.

My gf freaks out because she is sure the hot tea is going to break the glass, but by pouring it into the center by the time it gets past the ice and contacts the glass it isn't even warm. Be careful not to pour it right on the rim of the glass though.
 
Gaviscon only works in the stomach though. I've still got severe irritated burning pain throughout the intestines to the unmentionable exit. This is the worst its ever been and I've had it for days.

No other symptoms so that rules out poisoning or infection I think.
