I'm red raw, any contact on my shoulders or upper arms causes pain and I have to constantly spray myself with aloe vera spray. That's not good.

You must live in the southern Hemisphere. Australia perhaps. No that's not good but when you've had nothing but rain and cold for six months being reminded that the sun can in fact cause you to become warm or even burned, is a welcome reminder. I feel for your suffering but at the same time I welcome the reminder that this yellow disk we call Luminass and do offer tribute to will one day purge our fiery souls and lead us to salvation.

i have another rant. Im hecka pissed at other bicyclists who ride in the wrong side bike lane. I wass riding with friends from school yesterday and this sevvie (7th grader) was just riding in the wrong direction, not really caring. We were taking up the whole lane so he had to go out against oncoming traffic and he started yelling at us to let people pass. I yelled back that he should ride in the right lane first of all. Secondly he should laso pay attention, he almost ran a friend off the road. That is what sometimes pisses me off.

Drivers completely ignore cyclists. I've been driven off the road twice by people who claimed they just didn't see me. Once when I was directly in fornt of them in the middle of the road: Don't talk to me about drivers, pay a ****ing tention please, cars are not the only vehicles on the road!!!

I have off school today and we have lacrosse practice as well, and Im one of the most tired, sore people in the universe atm.

Drivers who nose out into the traffic. Nice when youre comming down the inside doing 25 down a hill... So many near accidents due to this, and wrote off one bike. The great thing was I had been meaning to get a new bike for ages and just seeing what a steal framed racer does to the side of a merc at the kind of speeds involved was def worth the bike. Almost worth going over the bonnet and ten foot down the road.

yeah, that situation with a kid jumping out onto the road happened again. except i actually hit this kid, hard, and almost went over myself. He threatened to have his parents sue me, i threatened to tell them about the porn and cigarettes that fell out of his backpack.

Okay, so I haven't read through this thread (cause that would take patience and as a selfproclaimed ranter, I proudly lack patience).

GOD DAMN! I'll admit that I'm not to fond of japanese culture. This is just me, and I respect Japan and its culture even though it's not my favorite. But it's the way that the ultrahip westerner adore this culture that really flipps my beans.

Japanese food. Great stuff, but so is French, Italian, Libanese, Ethiopean, Mexican, Indian, etc, etc.

Anime. Gosh, get those crybabiews off my tv-screen.

Sudoku. It's fun and all, but not to warrant the constant ranting.

but all this pales to the worst japanese trend:

HAIKU.

No, you are not cool because your horsehockey poem is in the form of a Haiku. You don't know crap about Japanese culture and your sence of atistery or humor sucks! You are writing a haiku in a mainstream attempt att being unique. F.U.!

I'd rant on more but this is actually making my blood boil. Be creative, c'mon. Atleast try and write a tanka or something. Jeesh.

Sudoku isn't actually Japanese, that's what gets my blood boiling... It was first invented by the Basler mathematician Bernoulli some centuries ago. The thing is that in the last century, a Japanese newspaper editor digged it out and promoted it, but it's NOT a Japanese invention...

we got snow in july once in cambridge but like was a one off and it never settled i dont think.
