I saw a large number and thought it was a huge sum. Then I did a currency search and found out that even after the pound slipping more often than my best friend's relationship chances, that's less than £11.

I was responding to my realising that Lohrens' 100-kroner comic was not really that expensive. 5000, on the other hand, sounds ridiculous.

That said, given that the pound just fell again ahead of the PM's speech tomorrow, I suppose I should have saved that references for the Rants thread.
