Leg of lamb.
Deboned and separated into two large chunks. Marinated for 30ish hours in: Guinness, Worstersire, balsamic vinegar, thyme and Mr Yoshida's marinade sauce. It then had a cavity opened up in it where it was stuffed with a feta and breadcrumb mix. The mix was made by heating butter in a pot and adding the bread crumbs feta. Thats then cooked in an oven at 350 for about 3 hours. (3 hours is to long should be closer to two)
Onion soup. In a pot sweat several halved and thin sliced onions. Then add Guinness and reduce by 1/2. Then add beef stock. Let simmer till onions are velvety smooth. Top with buttered and toasted fresh french bread and layered with cheddar/mozzarella cheese.

I'm still going to make a name out of this if it works out, but I don't expect any actual cash coming out of it. Still amazing!

dismiss number two, it may be grammaticaly correct, but it sounds as bumpy and wrong as can be.
(as an answer to the question "was gibt das mädchen dem lehrer?" you almost always say just "den apfel", if it's a whole sentence it would be "den apfel gibt das mädchen dem lehrer." but never that version in question...)
